Up until this visit I've always been highly satisfied with my haircuts here. Unfortunately, this time I received the worst haircut of my life leaving me sad & depressed & as soon as I got home I shaved what was left of my hair off. To make everything right they apologized & I was told my next haircut would be free...OH BOY...not. I'll never come back.
I've had decent haircuts here and there, depending on who is doing it.. I only trust a few. At 6:43 PM tonight, 1 customer is getting a haircut and 2 employees are there. I'm told they're not adding on any more tonight because they have to clean up and have a "big morning" tomorrow.... so why are the hours until 7pm? I'm sorry, but this is the equivalent to "the ice cream machine is broken" at a fast food restaurant. Great place, friendly staff, they keep track of your last cut so it’s the same every time. The only place I take my little to get his hair cut.
