I had went in last week and was dissatisfied with my hair cut and came in the next day to get it fixed. I ended up with same gal and left dissatisfied again. Now a week later, I've spoken with the Gm and manager at this location. Both were very nice and understanding. I went in today and the manager Ashley evened out the spots that were troubling me. Cut way to much off top of head and ruined my mullet not gotta wait for hair to grow back
Great hair cut for me. The staff is always friendly. Note they combine the Andover Station Parkway and moved them to Ramsey.
Lazy and choppy work. Not the haircut I asked for, at all whatsoever with long strands mixed in everywhere making it an awful mess. Stylists attention to their job was lacking.
