We walked into this location store today’s afternoon for normal haircut. Hairdresser said they do take walk in appointment, she checked in us and asked us to wait for few minutes but we waited almost over one and half hour and still our turn didn’t come. Hairdressers were taking all the online appointments than walked in appointment. We couldn’t wait more and had to leave. I used to go here for years, the J3ws have ruined this place like everything else in pikesville. They dont tip so they had to make haircuts more expensive
