I had called Great Clips the previous afternoon and was told that the price for a shampoo and blowdry was $30.00. I added a trim and the total came to $60.00. I was a bit surprised though the young lady was quick and did a good job.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I was physically present and waiting, and there was only one person ahead of me who had not yet checked in. When a stylist Mitchel became available, instead of assisting me, she walked around and did not acknowledge me. Shortly after, another customer arrived and was immediately checked in and taken before me. This felt unfair and unprofessional.
