Awesome customer Service
Checked in ahead of time. Walked in and was greeted but no one checked me into the system. Another person came in who was after me on the check in list was taken back before me. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. If they’re going to offer the check-in service, they need to honor it or provide a way for you to check yourself in. I will not be visiting this location again.
Good experience. My wait time was short and had a good haircut from a person I have never used before. Definitely recommend this location.
I had called Great Clips the previous afternoon and was told that the price for a shampoo and blowdry was $30.00. I added a trim and the total came to $60.00. I was a bit surprised though the young lady was quick and did a good job.
