I tried to go in the app and sign in like I always do but they shut it down an hour before closing. It stated to go in as a walk in. I have a 20 minute drive to the Otsego store and there was 20 minutes before closing. One person was getting their haircut and another stylist was available and I was told they were closed. I mentioned how much time was left and at most, my hair usually takes 10-12 minutes to cut. They said in a condescending way, if have to get it cut, I guess we’ll have to do it. At times to time do ypu only come across someone who actually knows how to cut hair. Great clip had never been a great experience. Only come here if you really need to. Uneven cut all the time.
