I got a haircut from the manager (marensa) Shee wass THE SWEETEST AND VERY KIND loveddd the haircut aswell she did a great job and under 20 minutes i would definitely go againn
After I checked in they didn’t let me in, and they locked the door because they would close 10 minutes! I don’t understand why you would leave the check-in open. This is very disrespectful
Absolutely fantastic experience with these stylists. They are amazing with kids! We've had 3 separate stylists here and all three have been very patient and understanding. The cuts were very quick, but the stylists still took time to introduce the kids to their tools and make them feel safe and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!
I took my mom, who has never ever gotten a haircut before for herself. She’s never had the time to take care of HERSELF. She had just come back from the hospital and I took her here. The guy that was doing her hair was extremely rude. He told me “im not doing her hair if she’s gonna sit like that” . Could’ve been worded completely different.
