I am awfully disappointed. Today, the site said they were open until 6:00 PM and we had scheduled a little bit in advance. At precisely 5:30 PM, we were refused right at the front door. The lady, seeming hurried and frazzled, behaved unprofessionally and rudely to my brother, my mother, and I, saying three haircuts was not possible. We were only there for two and she roughly snapped at us that the rule was they can no longer accept people 10-15 minutes before they close as the rule.
