Used the app to make an appt, granted I was about 45 min away at the time. When I showed up, the stylist had canceled my appt, told me I should have called. Fine, went to the back of the line. When I got into the chair, she wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. No blending, zero attention to detail. In short, they made up for a botched appt by giving a bad haircut. It was overall a bad experience.

All I wanted was for my sides to have a taper, that was it. I asked for a taper on my sides and back, and the barber just set it at one length. There was no gradual increase in length. The barber then went on to cut the top of my head, which I explicitly told her not too. She then looks surprised when I did not give her any tip. Worst haircut experience I've ever had
