My kids and I have gone here a few times for their haircuts. The first time we went we waited to over 20 minutes because all of the employees were too busy coloring their own hair and on their cell phones to help us. I asked when it was finally our turn if they did color there and the stylist said only if you work here and laughed. The second time we went we arrived about 40 minutes before they closed.
