On a rare occasion, you might get someone that does a good job, but that is very rare. I would not take that chance and get my hair butchered.

Brought my brother here for a cut, he gave what seemed to be really good directions but received an entirely different cut. 3 for trying her best and not speeding through, but not doing the correct cut.
1 star for location and 1 star for price but zero stars for skill or customer care. I was reading the reviews but that's okay because I don't think low ratings always matter because some people are just jerks. But every time there's a complaint GC answer is basically it's not our problem you can contact our Customer Service team if you want. But they don't even leave a number to call.
