I had a reservation and when I arrived, even though several other people were waiting as walk-ins, they honored my reservation. Great service, and a great haircut as well!
Went in for a haircut and she cut it very choppy one section is completely shorter than the rest, will have to find someone to fix it. Entire salon was just overall rude too.
