Mallory was excellent in customer service and knowledgeable with 10 years of experience. But more importantly the haircut was great and will be going back and reccomend

Not please with the stylist that cut my hair didn't do what I ask her to do one side of my hair was cut shorter than other side an told her that want it to comb back so it would feather back .She needs more training and smile an be friendly
My husband is CRAZY about his hair cuts, like most people! This girl Sabrina, at this Great Clips BUTCHERED my husbands hair and he had to have her just shave it!!!!! We, as a family, are DONE WITH GREAT CLIPS!!!! It was so bad, she ruined it for ALL OF GREAT CLIPS!!!!! MY 7 YEAR OLD CUTS BETTER HARI!!!!!
