I have been here twice in 7 weeks and both were great experiences. The online check-in is very helpful. Usually there's no wait, but this was a few days before Easter, so I ended up with a longer wait than the app stated. The app doesn't reflect real time, so I waited about 15 minutes after the app said it was my turn. But that's a minor thing. Haircut was $22.
