Worst haircut almost ever After receiving your reply to reach out to customer service I did so immediately and they never got back to me. Worst haircut and customer service almost ever. As a business owner / operator for forty years I find this very irresponsible and unprofessional. If you really want to improve your business you should close it! I truly hope you’ve closed the doors for good because you never even responded to me after promising to make good, your professionalism, haircuts and promises are all worthless.

I visited this Great Clips location in Leland a couple of weeks ago and Marisol was my hairdresser. She did an absolutely amazing job!! She listened to what I envisioned for my hair and cut my hair perfectly to match my requests. She was also very fast and kind! I will definitely be going back to this Great Clips location in Leland to have Marisol cut my hair again in the future. I highly recommend going there to see her :)
