Each time I visit for my kids, they end up doing a great job with what my kids are looking for. This time we had Marcia, and she had us feel like family. Real sweet lady.
One out of two stylists refuse to cut any hair off and send you on your way dissatisfied. Takes a couple days to realize there was absolutely no hair taken off top of mom's head but she did say she wouldn't cut any off the top. Guess I keep coming back because of the coupons and the short haircut doesn't seem that difficult. Have also witnessed same long time female employee and the male stylist there make fun of an elderly man because he misunderstood something about the coupon process.
