Excessively long wait times, making impossible to get a cut during my lunch break.Even when checking in online. Can't go at end of day, because they close early. Time for me to move on.
I have been a customer at the Ledgewood location for about 5 years. It seemed every time I found a stylist I liked they would leave. This past Monday I learned my stylist was no longer there.
