I have been a customer at the Ledgewood location for about 5 years. It seemed every time I found a stylist I liked they would leave. This past Monday I learned my stylist was no longer there. I googled a picture of how I wear my hair and asked the stylist Shawna if she could replicate it and her answer was "sure" and she really did a great job true to her word. I would give zero stars if that were an option. We brought my son in for a haircut with a stylist today, and the results were nothing short of a DISASTER. Once we got home and saw the cut under proper lighting, it was shocking how poorly it was done. His sideburns were uneven, the taper from the top to the sides was basically nonexistent, and the neckline was wavy instead of straight.
