I have been coming to this barbershop for close to 2 years, and until recently, I never had a serious issue. There is a gentleman there who I know is the manager, and he is a very skilled barber. Very bad customer service, no communication. Left without a haircut. Arrived in time for the 15 minute text notification, was 2nd on the screen, after 30 minutes inquired about the wait time after several people were taken before me with no change to the list. It was only then explained that I needed to check in at the counter as well by the stylist who was helping no one and returned to sit down at their chair. Susan is one of your best employees. I’ve been going to her for years and she’s one of the best hair stylist. She’s always positive, professional, and focused on doing a great job on my hair which is extremely important to me. And I’ve always seen her treat other customers and employees the same way. I love the way Sue cuts and styles my hair. She listens and always gives me a great look! I also had my hair done by Jeannie she's wonderful too. All the ladies there are wonderful!
