I haven't been to Great Clips in years, but went out of desperate need for a haircut. I have had problems with other places listening to what I want in a cut, and telling me it's not possible because I have thin hair resulting in a mop cut. I had low expectations going in because of this, but I had my haircut by Kaitlyn, and she nailed it. She agreed that the cut could further thin out my hair, but explained I know my hair, and she gave me the cut I asked for/showed her on my phone. Always my first choice to get my haircut. They always do an amazing job and I can always find a great clips my go to stop in Arizona and in Sheboygan Wisconsin . Fast friendly service .
Yhe inky problem i have is when I went to pay, hair cut for myself and child, it didn't state during payment process that the tip would be taken out for each barber.
I asked for high and tight with a high fade and one inch off the top not 2 inches clearly didn’t listen and do what she wanted definitely not happy with the barber
