I went to your Oberlin, OH store. Emily was my hair stylist, and she was so pleasant and personable. I appreciated the time to took with me and hearing what I was wanting done.
I asked for my dead ends trimmed which was maybe a 1.5 inches maybe … ended up with a hair cut to the top of my shoulders :( all my progress just cut all off I asked for my hair to be cut into a v in the back and she made the comment “it’s actually a U right now” so she was going to fix it … she definitely did not she chopped my hair she kept cutting and cutting and I expressed to her that it seemed like she cut a lot off her response was “it only looks like that it’s the angle, it’s longer in the back”. The past few times we have been to great clips it's been great ! Today thought my 2 year old and my fiance both got their haircut. The young woman who did my son's hair kept sighing and asking me if that was enough... I get he's 2 and a little more difficult than adults but she was rude and I just gave up, not happy with his hair. If you don't want to cut kids hair that's fine but she could have passed us on to someone else that could have done a better job with less attitude.
Your stylists are always friendly and they always do a great hair cut.
I walked in trying to get my Extensions cut and blended with my hair because the last salon did a bad job with my extensions and it clearly says on the website you guys can cut extension hair and then you copped us asking if I was OK because my fiancé had trouble with his eye, I am never ever going back out in public because of this shit don’t ever go here
