Charlotte is a true professional! She always cuts my hair exactly as I like it; just the right length.
I asked for layers and a trim!! My hair is a nightmare. The lady fluffed my hair with a blow dryer, I knew it was a lot shorter but it’s so uneven and it has a “shelf” in the back with some scraggly hair hanging down. I’m embarrassed to even go in public it’s so uneven and strange. I could have done better with the kitchen scissors!!
This is the BEST place to get a haircut. Daphne does a fantastic job every time, as do all the others. Great people, been a regular customer for years!
I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips on Highway 280! Charlotte is absolutely amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The shop was clean, the service was quick, and everyone was welcoming. If you’re in the area, definitely ask for Charlotte—you won’t be disappointed!
