Absolute absurdity, they won't accept a customer who doesn't provide a phone number. I was physically in the store asking for a hair cut but was denied service because I declined to provide personal information, for a hair cut. I am pretty sure cutting hair does not require my personal phone number. I'm speechless truly.
Very good and fast. Friendly staff and good customer service.
Always use online check in and if I see my favorite I ask for her and always am treated great.
