Lindsey cut my hair on June 3rd and it was one of the best haircuts I’ve had. She definitely gets a 5. Unfortunately when I got my hair cut yesterday, she was not there and the experience was not the same. I said I wanted about 3/4 of an inch off. That turned into well over an inch and is chopped up and uneven. I had to trim long pieces myself when I got home. It’s so short in the back that it can’t be fixed until it grows out some. I definitely won’t let the one who cut my hair yesterday ever cut it again.

One star required otherwise service was a zero ! Emily is rude( if that’s who actually cut my hair , took her longer to ring me out than to cut my hair ) ! She was intentionally rough while combing my hair , she jerked my head up instead of asking me to look up . When I said something. She got mad . She didn’t check to make sure she cut my hair even. My friend went and felt terrible when leaving. She was told that she needed someone with Ethnicity to do her hair. The website says they can do all kind of braids and different styles of straightening so Im real curious as to why my friend a woman of color was treated the way she was. The stylist Jess didn't even put any effort in trying to do her hair which was a simple wash, dry, and hair straightening.
