I tend to only posts when I absolutely had an above and beyond positive service. Ugh...had to rate this one. Nothing personal to the one who serviced us. After the cut, hair looked butchered. Must not have understood what was requested, cut more than what was asked. Don't understand how it's possible to have done such poor service. So disappointed.
