Victoria is amazing!! I love the way she cuts my hair and I always leave feeling uplifted and refreshed because of her wonderful customer service!
Went to get granddaughters hair cut for school. Cut was fine, purchased extra products for her hair. Total came to $66.77. That was fine. Their register could not process my card so I used a different one and it went thru. Later that evening I checked and both cards were processed for $66.77 each. I called the next morning, spoke to manager and she said they will look into it. One month later, nothing. So that visit cost me $133.54.
I tend to only posts when I absolutely had an above and beyond positive service. Ugh...had to rate this one. Nothing personal to the one who serviced us. After the cut, hair looked butchered. Must not have understood what was requested, cut more than what was asked. Don't understand how it's possible to have done such poor service. So disappointed.
