They'll mess up haircuts then say they have a no refund policy. Probably because they'd go out of business having to issue so many refunds. Reached out to a customer service email and they said since this location is independently owned, they have the owner reach out. Never got a call, email, or anything. Poorly ran and obviously not managed with the bad haircuts their workers do. This isn't just my experience either, it's many people
