Follow up (7/21/26): The manager did call the next day to offer to "make it right'. Unfortunately I was on a tight schedule getting ready to travel and couldn't come in prior to my trip. Although the cut was shorter and a little uneven, I did manage to make it look fine for the event. I will give them another try, because, like I said they usually rate a 5 in my book. I would usually rate this place as a 5 star but had a bad experience and the worst haircut I've had in years. I've been going to Great Clips in Gilroy for a couple of years. I ask for the same blunt cut and the stylists have been good at listening and doing exactly what I want with excellent results. On Monday June 8 around 2:15 I had a cut with a new stylist and she argued with me about everything I wanted and complained that fine thin hair was the hardest to cut. Can’t beat the price with the coupon sent to me. Limited wait time. Very friendly service. Quick cut but very attentive to the look. I’ll be back for sure.

I was shocked that the hair cutter does not clean her tools between cuts. I had to ask her to clean her tools a get a new comb. It was the fastest haircut i think I have ever gotten. Usually leave a big tip...not this time.

I have some extra considerations due to my oxygen concentrator. Mai was awesome helping to keep hoses out ot the way and providing an outstanding hair cut.
