Worst haircut of my life! They butchered my hair, had to go to my car and cry afterwards.
Went there a few weeks ago (first week of August) different staff than i remembered last time i was there. Hoped to get a female salonist, but ended up with a male salonist who, when he was doing my hair, was very nervous, to the point where I could feel his hands shake. I have no hard feelings toward men but i'm more used to having women do my haircut and they tend to do good job. Although my pixie short haircut turned out to be ok, I noticed some small imperfections in the haircut.
Have always done a great job. And will continue to use them
