Closed early on a Saturday!!!? Checked in on app and it said Get there by 5. Arrived at 4:45 and was turned away. “We close at 5 and still have to vacuum n clean,” said the elderly lady. There were no other customers and it looked cleaned up and like they just wanted to leave. Pissed me off - paid for an uber the n back for nothing.
Put myself on the waitlist, and got there 20 minutes later. Was immediately taken back for a haircut. Nadine was fantastic! Cut my hair exactly the way I like it. This is not the closest location to my home, but will definitely come back here.
Never trust the online check-in time. You will show up and they will still take others before you when you are there at the time they said. Which would be tolerable if the cost was reasonable, but for a handful of dollars more I could go to an actual barbershop. Which is what I plan to do next time. This is ridiculous and has happened too many times to accept.
The woman who cut my hair was awesome. She did an outstanding job. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name because I want to see her again.
