Rarely do I leave a 1-star review. This lack of customer service merits it. I had a coupon for a regular haircut and told the woman (happens to be the manager) before sitting down. After the quick cut (it took 5 minutes) she tells me she cannot accept the coupon because it's generic. Instead of letting me sit down and go ahead with the haircut why didn't she ask to see the coupon beforehand? $26 for a quick buzz? Forget it! Go somewhere else!
Friendly and good basic cut is all I got.
The back of my neck was wildly uneven. She claimed its because part of my hair grows faster. What?
love the cut I just got! easy in and out experience. the online check-in is a great option as well. have done walk in and check-in appointments at this location.
