Nicole is the best!
The ladies were so nice, I could listen to them chit chat all day. We got both kids in and got both cuts in no time, was it absolutely spot on like the pictures? No, but we were happy with the outcome.

I took my son in last night. He had a picture and even described what it was he wanted in detail. When it was clear she had taken more off in the front than he wanted she started to get really defensive and snappy at him (he's 16). She kept asking him what he wanted her to do but at that point he was just in shock. She told him to go to the bathroom and play with it.
