I stopped in on July 24 for a haircut with Lorena. I explicitly asked for a #5 clipper on the sides and requested no thinning shears. Instead, she argued that I had a #6 last time and gave me a #6 anyway. She then started using thinning shears despite my clear request not to. When I questioned her about it, she became passive-aggressive. The entire visit was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

Wow this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had! I went somewhere else to get it fixed and they agreed that it was terrible. I had been going here for years with no issue but now I’m never coming back. Super choppy “layers (took the shearing scissors in 3 big cuts)” and very uneven. Couldn’t even wear my hair down without curling it because it was very obvious. Some of the “layers” will take months to grow out. Bummer.
