This hair salon is so rude. The owner I’m assuming was absolutely rude. She was making rude comments about me the entire time she was cutting my hair. I wouldn’t go if you want to bullied the entire time.

I visited this Great Clips location around 7:45 PM after a long 12-hour shift. I was in urgent need of a haircut for a wedding the next day. Although the store was supposed to close at 8 PM, the staff made me feel unwelcome and seemed irritated by my late arrival. Despite my explanation, the stylist rushed through the haircut, resulting in a subpar cut. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant and professional service.
Xavier and Deisha are wonderful people people, and do good work. With specific requests that made sure we were happy and comfortable.
