Why have a check in system online? When I did 37 minutes ago and get here when prompted (see photo) my son and I check in again at the desk ? Two check in’s? And still. One stylist working. And there are still people ahead. The 2nd stylist had to take a break. So now 15 minutes later. She decides she’ll work now and seat my son? So I waited 37 minutes outside the store. I’ve been coming to this location for some time, and while there have been ups and downs, this experience was completely unexpected and unacceptable. The manager on duty appeared to be in a bad mood from the start—rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in being there. When she sat my son in the chair, she asked how I wanted his hair cut.
