Now that I know how use the app. It easy to check in, even when the salon is very busy. Hair cut was great. Thank you Megan
Doesn’t matter how busy it is in the building. If you don’t check in online you won’t be seen. There were at least two employees there with a whopping 1 customer waiting. The only response I got was, “Did you check in online?! It’s a two hour wait! It’s the weekend!” You would think that she had been working all day with how pleasant she was. Except it was 10 AM and they open at 8. Missed out on a 20 dollar tip. Probably could have used it towards some etiquette classes.
