In the past I had a bad experience with my hair being cut shorter than I wanted and a few pieces were missed and I had to trim them myself at home. This most recent time the wait was short and my stylist took her time and did a wonderful job.
I had an incredibly pleasant experience! The stylist I had was so sweet and accommodating, and she cut my hair wonderfully. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she was giving me the best cut she could and she went above and beyond!
Quick and professional and personable
Place was clean, employees were friendly, wait time wasn’t too bad. The person who cut my hair should probably not be cutting or styling women’s hair without further training though. He was very rough, left my hair wet and greasy with too much product, and the cut was not even at all. Most of the work done to my hair today was by me, at home in my bathroom, trying to fix it.
