I go to great clips all the time, but this was my first time at this location. I was satisfied with my haircut, though it felt a bit rushed. Still, I was satisfied enough to return if I'm in the area and need a cut. A great feature (Pro Tip) is to Check-In Online to get priority over walk-ins. I never used to, but I found I didn't need to enroll or create an account, just enter my name & phone number and I'm good to go.
Fantastic place. Staff has amazing chemistry and really enjoy what they do. I hope to find that level of professional satisfaction some day. Also they're great at cutting hair!
Tried this location out after having several bad experiences at the one by my house off of Manchester. This place is great. Worth my drive. Will be back. Great cut. Great friendly staff.
