I was attacked by the manager. This was my third trip to the salon resulting in hair left too long on top. You try to explain but it's like they just don't listen. Having that I used to cut hair for many years I took in a pair of my personal scissors so I could cut a guide on the top of my hair. Was immediately attacked, berated and told I should never touch employees supplies. I explained that they were mine and to please lighten up. Will never go back there again!
Ignored... after being told "Ill be right with you, you can have a seat." I wait about 2 minutes and another customer enters and walks to the counter. The same clerk makes contact with the person who just entered and takes their name and places them on the list for a haircut. There were only 3 people in the waiting area, another guy, the female who had just walked in and I. They need to work on customer service skills is putting it in the nicest of modest terms. Will not be going back here any time soon.
