I've been going here for about a year now (this location). Normally not terrible. Today, that so changed and forever. I checked in with their app and it stated their were 2 people ahead and 16 minutes. I put socks and shoes on, left to GC and that took me 14 mins. However, when I got there, not only did I get a text to come in I'm next, the check-in counter showed that there were now 5 people ahead of me and it was showing 16 minutes. I'm sorry what??? There's a few great clips that I've tried and all of them disappointed me besides this one! They have ways took care of me and my hair the way I wanted and needed. Highly suggested with all the stylists that they have at this location.
