My grandson loves going to Great Clips. He said, "The lady even used magic cream on my hair." Lol
I'm just a busy mom who wanted a cute cut and some me-time today. Instead my interaction here ruined my whole day. I will never be back here. Rachel is extremely unprofessional and has terrible customer service. She was rude right off the bat. I wanted bangs and layers. She cut my bangs in one cut and snipped like 2 pieces of hair and asked if that was it. I had been in the chair less than a minute....
