I was there on Friday night around 6 pm.I asked for shoulder lenght hair and to make sure it still fits in to a ponytail. It was cut way above my shoulder.It doesn't fit in a ponytail.She cut my layers shorts as well.Didnt ask about my how short I wanted my layers.I have my haircut there many times there before and had great experiences. This time was the worst ever.She rushed through my haircut.
