Thanks lady’s for sitting in the laundry room gossiping. All 3 of you are to old for this behavior having 1 customer sit wait while all 3 of you are gossiping. Customer service pathetic.
I always wait for Rose, & as always, she gave me another great haircut! I always go to the Northfield location & usually go on a Friday morning as soon as they open, & I didn't need to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes at most.
