I brought my daughter into the salon this evening and a stylist named “T” absolutely butchered her hair. My daughter took a picture in of what she wanted and the lady was so confident that she could do it. She asked for a shag cut, but she barely put any layers in her hair and cut what should’ve been long curtain bangs into short bangs right above her eyebrows! T is always available, reliable, and consistent. She listens to what I want, and I’ve never had a bad haircut from her. She does an amazing job every time! Even my kids only want T to be their stylist now. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This is not my first time experiencing this type of treatment at Great Clips, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review. I was checked in and waited patiently for over 35 minutes for a particular stylist. Only after sitting there and waiting was I told that they needed to reduce the number of services being provided and that I could either have my service reduced or be pushed to the back of the line and maybe be seen in a few hours.
