I have been visiting this place for more than a year now but today I had pathetic experience. The hair dresser did not understand the notes that she pulled out from the system and she hardly bothered to listen to what I said. Got a pathetic haircut and sad thing is I have to live with it for 2 weeks latest until I get some hair back. This is second experience with this hair stylist, I had one bad experience a year back. Please get her some coaching.

I have been crying since I washed my hair this morning. I knew when I left yesterday they had cut more than I wanted, but I did not realize how much more until this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a trim. I was very specific that I did not want a lot cut off the length. They asked if I wanted layers, to which I said light layers, do not take anything off the total length.
