Never again. My daughter needed a trim. Shoulder length bob. No layers. No bangs. Just trim 1/2-1” off to clean it up for school. I get my kid back with bangs shorter than her eyebrows that extend back to her EARS and it’s cut to the nape of her neck in the back. “I thought she should have all that hair out of her face.” If my kid hadn’t been in tears and I didn’t want to make her feel worse I would have leveled the building. I’m planning on going back in there tomorrow bc I can’t even. Never again.
I have only gone to this location twice and both times my haircuts were fantastic!
