Well, I was just informed today that the person who puts GREAT in GREAT CLIPS has been terminated. The only reason I drive 45-60 min out of my way for “GREAT” SERVICE is no longer there? Is “Great Clips” going out of business that they couldn’t afford the one employee who always received you with a smile and does the job as it should?
