On point with my online appointment and I always use the same hairdresser and she is great. The $9.99 coupon is a very big help as I am a senior citizen 66 years old living on only social security benefits. I would love for seniors to be able to get free haircuts as so many seniors struggle to get by financially. Thank you very much Great Clips. You get 5 stars from me.

I've been going to this Great Clips for years and always have had great service! Erica, Bree, and Marasha are excellent. They are fast, friendly, professional, and always get the details right. Highly recommend.

Marasha did amazing I have curly damaged hair and I am very tender headed and she listened and did exactly what I wanted she was so nice and gentle and for such a great price it was great 10/10 haircut experience.

The worst ever experience. I had a similar experience in another branch and I explained her what went wrong and what I am expecting. She listened and one of the things I said is just cut half a inch at the front and she did cut the hair as if she is doing it so casually and only when she was about to finish she touched my hair to check how short the hair is and rest of the time she didn't even touch the hair and I never experienced that style if hair cut ever before.
