The sign clearly advertised haircuts for $14.99, but when I brought my 3-year-old son in, I was charged $18 instead. I still left a $7 tip because I respect the work and understand rising costs, but advertising one price and charging another is misleading. Transparency matters. Unfortunately, because of that, I will not be returning.
