I will NEVER step foot in GREAT CLIPS of Calera, Al again. I arrived at 6:34 and was refused service for 2 shampoo’s. I stated shampoo and go!!! Shampoos are only 10-15 minutes. I have usually go every 2 week there. The problem is you took to 3 additional clients after (men). I’ve seen the hair cuts take longer than my services several time.
