I got bangs cut and asked for a wispy bang and there super short for a lady named Michelle she cut them in the middle of my forehead short
My girlfriend went there a month and a half ago and had a great experience. She went there yesterday expecting the same and did not have that same experience. They butchered her hair that frames her face and cut her bangs completely uneven. Went back this morning to talk with a manager and none there, however the older lady that talked with us was rude and didn't even apologize about her hair being messed up. No refunds only fixes. No shred of compassion for a botched "trim". Will not be recommending this place to anyone for... read more
Botched up my hair, wouldn't provide a refund and honestly the cashier the next day didn't give care at all and very condescendingly stated "there's no manager at the moment, we try to fix not refund". How are you going to fix what isn't there to fix? So rude, no empathy. Will never go back. I will be initiating a charge back with my bank. Most awful service I've received in all the years I've been a customer.
