I was charged twice for a haircut. I called to rectify the situation. Was told there was no manager available and the lady I spoke with said she could do nothing without the manager. Also, the cut was terrible. Was gonna keep that to myself until I discovered i was charged twice.

Very consistent service. All of the staff have done a great job for me. Check in online, sit down and you’re ready to go.
All stylist acknowledged my entry into the shop. One cane and engaged in conversation and my wait from that point was less than 3 minutes. My stylist was well organized, and maintained a workspace that was sanitary as well as free from clutter and ready for the task at hand. She was friendly as well as expedient.
