I recently changed how I have my hair cut. This was the third different stylist to cut according to the new style. She followed the notes of previous cuts carefully and achieved a good result.
Couldn't check in online because the wait was over 2 hours and the system told us to walk in which we did. We went to the store and signed in and the lady at the counter said we would receive a text message about 15 minutes before our appointment. The system never saved our information at their store. The phone system did get our information and messaged me to receive notifications. We never got the follow up text message but we were in town still and stopped by to see what was going on.
