I went in on Friday, January 16th for a haircut I always get at this great clips. The staff that day were apparently visiting the location to fill in for the normal staff. I was told they could not cut my hair to the length I was asking despite always getting my hair cut like this every time I come to this great clips. I wouldn't have been as upset as I am if they weren't so rude to me. Very unprofessional staff this day who apparently aren't even barbers. I’ve been going to this location for a few years. Overall I’ve been pretty happy with the stylist there. My only issue is that the price of a haircut keeps going up. I’m a senior on a fixed income so it’s starting to get too costly and I may have to start cutting my hair myself.

Walked in at a busy time, they estimated an hour wait. Signed up, did some shopping. Came back an hour later, 5 minutes later I was in Joe's chair, receiving an excellent haircut. I especially appreciated the attention he spent on blending the haircut with my beard. So, Great Clips Boerne did a good job managing the flow of people, and Joe gave me one of the best haircuts I have received all year! ____ The above is review I wrote some months ago. Annabelle was amazing at cutting my hair, and she was also so friendly. Her co-worker candie was so nice as well. I also came 20 minutes before close and they were happy to take care of me and converse. Exceptional customer service!🙌👍👍
