It’s nice to use app and schedule ahead. They also keep track of your history making it easy. I do often get ignored when they are busy. The cuts are usually very basic. Good places to bring my eight year old for a standard buzz. Update: They get me in and out and the current crew is very good, friendly and attentive. My son Ben and I go routinely and they get the job done. Using the app is highly recommended.
Worst hair cut I ever got. I got scrapes on my neck from her “trimming my neck” and my neck line is about as straight as an ocean wave. Pretty terrible experience if there wasn’t a certificate saying she was allowed to cut hair on the counter i wouldn’t have believed it. My 2 year old could’ve done a better job.
Stylists great, store great. However. I try calling and find out if the person i like to cut my hair is working today. Normally a person greets me, today i get greeted by a automated answering service, that can't tell me that information. Now its telling me a manager will call me back. I don't want to talk to a manager to ask if my stylist is working, or waste there time calling me back. I just want a yes or no. Asked for my son's cut to be much shorter all over (emphasized MUCH shorter all over), with the top a little longer than the sides. I told her to ask me if she had any other questions (nowhere for me to stay where the hair dresser was so I went back to sit at the front). She cut the sides a little shorter but the top is just as long. I thought she cut it short but she only brushed it aside and once it dried it fell right back in front of his face.
