This is the only place I go and my hair always looks great. The stylists are always nice and friendly. Sometimes its very busy so the convenience of the on line check in is great. These stylists have long experience in cutting hair and styling.
Terrible customer service. I came in today, after checking in online to speed up the process, to an empty waiting room. There was two employees working on two customers at the time. After signing in, I proceeded to wait 20 minutes, mainly watching one of the employees sit and talk with one of the customers the entire time. (No biggie, I get customer interaction like that brings back repeat business) Finally, they checked out the customer (mind you, I am still the only person in the waiting room up to this point), and while c... read more
