I asked for approximately 2 1/2 inches off of my hair. I didn’t know there was a difference in price from a trim, and or a haircut. She made it sound like there was a difference. She said over 2 inches is not considered a trim. So I said OK go ahead and do the 2 inches. I wish I would’ve took a picture of the hair on the floor. Which was almost absolutely nothing. After attempting to add a tip, the device recorded $0.04 instead of $4.00. I cancelled the transaction and tried again. I entered the tip amount again and the credit card device instructed me to remove my card, which I did. Stylist became perturb and told me I removed card too soon. I explained I followed the directions and showed her the message the second time. Again, she acted as if I did it wrong. The 3rd time, I deliberately showed her NO TIP and left the store and will never return.

I've never had an issue at Great Clips until today, there isn't a point in checking in online if the line isn't followed. After a 30 minute wait the system stated it was our turn and to head on in. We rushed over and walked in and there was no acknowledgement. It was busy so I could understand that someone wasn't readily available. It wasn't until a line started to form that someone came to check who was there.
