Me and my GF visited the store yesterday, I was getting a regular haircut and she just wanted her hair thinned. The lady cutting her hair took it upon her self to cut layers in and insisted she needed length taken off when all she asked was for it to be thinned. The lady cutting my hair proceeded to tell the entire room that she hates cutting hair and she can't wait to get out of there to go back to her old job as well as all three employees carrying on inappropriate conversations around customers.
