I've been to this place 2 times and I decided never to go again. Are they hiring just normal people for their staff? I really think so because I myself who has zero experience in hairdressing can give haircuts way better than they do. Whenever I ask for a scissor cut, they do it unevenly. I've gone in there twice and both times I've gotten an absolutely awful haircut. The second time I even made sure I knew exactly the name of the style I wanted (an undercut). She completely ignored my request and cut it far shorter on the top than she said she would. When I go to a different place in town they always get my hair right, so it's not that I'm bad at describing what I want and also spend much more time on my hair.

While the workers at Great Clips wouldn't be able to place Canada on a map, and it smells like unsanitary synced periods in there, they certainly get the job done. Know what you want, and they'll do it. Don't let appearances scare you off! :)

i recently moved to town and recently went to Great Clips for a hair cut. I loved my hair as well as my stylist. I think her name was Tony. I will definitely be returning to great clips!
